So Long, Summer!

As your summer vacation comes to an end, there’s often a fleeting feeling to get as many activities in as possible. Preparing for your children to go back to school and early out Fridays at work are going away doesn’t mean you have to say adios to summer just yet – there’s still a couple of weekends left to have the time of your life

Friday, August 5

Circa Resort and Casino is a great place to start your epic weekend without the kids. The property only allows those of the age 21 and older to enter and enjoy all the things it has to offer. One of the most popular places to stop by is Legacy Club, a rooftop cocktail lounge with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley. The lounge has a handful of events to enjoy from a crafted cocktail course, live music on Friday Nights, and themed parties. If you’re in town this weekend check out their upcoming event, Gatsby Night happening on Friday, August 5. The evening is inclusive of live music, an open bar featuring specialty cocktails and delectable desserts you won’t want to miss. This grandiose event is topped off by including male & female costume party packs to add all the finishing details to your 1920s attire. Tickets are still available to enjoy an elevated evening like none other.

Saturday, August 6

While reminiscing on the fun you had during the roaring 20s party the night prior, you can keep the streak of live music alive by checking out The Dirty Heads, playing at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. The American reggae rock band is stopping by on their “Let’s get it Kraken” tour accompanied by other artists including Soja, Tribal Seeds and The Elovaters. This is an event open to all ages to enjoy the good vibes, entertainment, and food. We’ll keep our fingers crossed that their hit “My Sweet Summer” is played during your summer wrap up weekend!

Sunday, August 7

It’s sad to say the weekend fun always must come to an end. Instead of packing up your bags and heading back to reality right away, hang around Circa for some Sunday sporting action. If you’re looking to soak up the sun, check out Stadium Swim. With six pools and three different levels to choose from, you’re guaranteed to have a perfect view of a massive 143-foot tall high-definition screen. There’s a swim up bar and insta-ready selfie wall with dozens of daybeds, private cabanas in addition to the hundreds of chaise lounges to soak up all the summer sun.

If you’d like to skip out on the hot summer sun, head inside to the world’s largest sports betting experience in the world. The 3-story sportsbook has a 1,000 person viewing capacity with 350 stadium style seats to ensure you’re in the action. Here you can catch San Diego take on Los Angeles and many others in summer baseball.
