Where Can I Buy Tickets?

Tickets can be purchased in person at our box office during the day of shows or online here.

What is the Refund Policy?

You assume the responsibility for your purchase. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed. Events are held rain or shine.

What are the Age Restrictions for Events?

Age restrictions vary by event. Unless otherwise advised, we are an all-ages venue.

I Forgot To Print My Tickets, Can You Scan Them From My Smartphone?

Yes, or they can be printed at our box office (depending on the event).

Can I Upgrade My Tickets On The Day Of The Show?

Based upon availability.

Is Re-Entry Allowed?

Re-entry varies by event.

Parking & Transportation

Where Should I Park?

Several parking lots are available in the downtown area.

Pre-paid parking is also available at a discounted rate here.

Is There A Designated Pick-Up Or Drop-Off For Ride-Sharing?

Rideshares are encouraged to drop off at The D Hotel and Casino (located across the street from the DLVEC entrance) unless otherwise directed based on the type of event.

Guest Policies & Prohibited Items

Am I Allowed To Bring A Bag In?

Small bags are permitted and will be checked upon entry. All bags larger than 14″ x 14″ (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) are prohibited from entry.

Is Smoking Allowed And/Or Electronic Cigarettes?

Yes.

What Is The Dress Code?

All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their safety. Venue reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

Do you Allow Pets?

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Food & Drinks

Are Outside Food Or Drinks Allowed?

No outside food or beverage is permitted, but the venue does provide several vendor options.

Are There Any Drinking Fountains?

No.

Are There ADA Accommodations?

ADA accommodations are made to the best of the venue’s ability throughout the entire venue including bathroom, entry, exit, and more.
