Tickets can be purchased in person at our box office day of the show or online here.
You assume the responsibility for your purchase. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed. Events are held rain or shine.

Unless otherwise advised, we are an all ages venue.

I forgot to print my tickets; can you scan them from my smartphone?
Yes or they can be printed at our box office (depending on the event).
Can I upgrade my tickets the day of show?
Based upon availability.
Is smoking allowed and/or electronic cigarettes?
Are there ADA accommodations?
ADA accommodations are made to the best of the venues ability throughout the entire venue including bathroom, seating, entry, exit, and more.
Are there ATMs in the venue?
Yes, located near the bars and at the box office.
Where should I park?
Several parking lots are available in the downtown area.
You can pre-pay for parking at a discounted rate here.
Am I allowed to bring a bag in?
Small bags are permitted and will be checked upon entry. All bags larger than 14″ x 14″ (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) are prohibited from entry.
Are outside food or drinks allowed?
No outside food or beverage is permitted, but the venue does provide several vendor options.
What is the dress code?
All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety. Venue reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
Is there a designated pick up or drop off for ride sharing?
Yes. The location changes based upon the type of event and will be clearly marked on day of show.

At The D Hotel, conveniently located next door.
