Stoney’s
Stoney’s Rockin’ Country has everything you can imagine for those that want a taste of Southern Hospitality. If you’re ready for a long night of singing your heart out to songs like Wagon Wheel by Darius Rucker or can’t wait to hit the dance floor to Fake ID by Big & Rich – this is the place for you. Stoney’s hosts a variety of activities including live music, mechanical bull riding, dance lessons, and good drinks. For the ladies’, they offer $2 drinks every Thursday all well, wine, and PBR.
Cowboy Christmas
On the first day of NFR – Wrangler gave to me. . . a gift show made for plenty! The National Finals Rodeo offers more than just the rodeo – the most unique gift show ever! Cowboy Christmas brings over 350 of the top western and cowboy vendors together to showcase their unique products. Offering items such as: western inspired wear, ceramic mugs, custom made saddle pads, and handcrafted boots, there is no doubt you will not find something to love. Cowboy Christmas has been a Las Vegas tradition since 1986 and continues to grow stronger every year. It will be open from 9am-4pm.
Gary Leffew’s Buckaroo Ball
If you’re feeling like watching the National Finals Rodeo with other avid rodeo fans, Gary Leffew’s Buckaroo Ball is the spot to be! This event is completely FREE and hosted at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Enjoy the steer wrestling, bull riding, and tie-down roping in your own reserved table. The fun doesn’t stop there – this event will be jam-packed with line dancing, pool tables, and more activations to follow.
Miranda Lambert
Looking to listen to some live music from a country LEGEND? Check out Miranda Lambert’s Velvet Rodeo during her Las Vegas Residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. With hits such as “If I Was a Cowboy,” and “Mama’s Broken Heart” – this concert is a country music experience you won’t want to miss. Check out her top songs below.
Coyote Ugly Saloon
Located right down the road from the rodeo in the New York New York Casino on the strip is the Coyote Ugly Saloon. While this bar was originally inspired by the Coyote Ugly movie, it has retained its popularity and remains a hot spot for country lovers. They offer DJs nightly starting at 9pm and have VIP Tables available for reservation Wednesday through Sunday. If you’re looking for a night of boot scootin’ boogie or want to lift that red solo cup – Coyote Ugly has got you covered.
